Last May 4th, we celebrated Mother's Day at our daycare center in a very special way. We welcomed mothers for a slow afternoon, designed to promote connection to the land, to the senses, and above all, to the essentials: time shared with their children.

In a natural and welcoming environment, we challenged families to slow down and (re)discover the pleasure of playing, just like in childhood. Between mud kitchens, explorations with water and sand, sensory proposals and moments of free painting, there were many opportunities to experiment, create and, of course, get dirty… without rushing or worrying.

 

More than activities, this afternoon was an invitation to presence and connection. We believe that, in a life that is so fast-paced, providing quality time between mothers and children is one of the greatest gifts we can offer.
